3D Visualization for the medtech startup accroma

We have received 3D CAD data from the medical technology startup, Accroma, to showcase their innovative processes.
This data provides a detailed visual representation of their cutting-edge techniques and devices, highlighting the precision and sophistication inherent in their workflows.

From concept to serial production, we supported our client DROPZ in developing a bottle with special features. The bottle is composed of seven parts. One part is metal, which is pressed and welded, while the remaining six parts are injection molded using four different types of plastic.

A simple part with a big effect.
This plastic part serves as edge protection for a transport trailer. With our experience in plastics processing and injection molding technology, we developed this workpiece. The nut for fastening is pressed in directly during the injection process.

Designing small parts, like this bottle holder, is part of our daily routine. In doing so, we place great importance on selecting the appropriate production methods based on cost, production volume, and quality requirements.

We designed a mount for six GoPro cameras for spherical video recording. This part was designed for additive manufacturing right from the start.The design and production of individual pieces or small series is cost-effective thanks to modern 3D printing technology.

We have developed a furniture corner support with a generative design for minimum use of materials and maximum stability. The cast metal and powder-coated support ensures high durability and an elegant finish. The metal casting process ensures a solid and reliable structure, while the powder coating provides additional protection against wear and corrosion. This combination not only increases the strength of the support, but also gives it an attractive appearance. Thanks to our expertise in manufacturing techniques, we have been able to create a product that meets high standards of quality and durability.
